Perodua has displayed its P-Charge On-The-Go mobile EV rescue truck at ACE 2026. The truck is planned to go online next year, with access for QV-E owners through the P-Circle app.
Perodua has brought its P-Charge On-The-Go mobile EV rescue truck to ACE 2026 at Setia City Convention Centre. The unit is being shown ahead of roadshow appearances at selected Perodua dealers next month.
The truck is currently used internally at Perodua’s headquarters in Rawang and at Perodua Sentral in Petaling Jaya. It is based on a Foton 7.5-tonne battery-electric truck that has a 100.46 kWh CATL battery and a claimed range of up to 210 km.
Inside the body is a 209 kWh portable battery pack that can deliver up to 150 kW DC charging through a CCS2 plug. Perodua says this is intended to provide rescue charging for QV-E owners, with access via the P-Circle app when the service goes online next year.
Besides charging, the truck is equipped for minor roadside work such as fluid top-ups, wheel and tyre replacement, and short-distance towing to a safer location. Perodua personnel also said only one unit exists for now.
What it means for you: If you buy a QV-E, Perodua is planning mobile rescue charging support that could help when the battery runs flat.
