JPJ Kuala Lumpur collected RM376,091 from its second public auction of seized vehicles for 2026. A Toyota Alphard drew the highest winning bid at RM73,333.

JPJ Kuala Lumpur said it collected RM376,091 from its second public auction of seized vehicles for 2026. The auction, JPJvBID No. 2/2026, ended on October 16 and attracted 95 bidders.

A total of 157 vehicles were offered, and 120 were successfully sold. JPJ said the total winning bids came to RM334,041.

The final collection was higher because it also included income from e-catalogue sales and auction fees. JPJ said these two items added RM42,050, but did not give a further breakdown.

The highest bid was RM73,333 for a Toyota Alphard. The lowest was RM101 for a Yamaha Lagenda sold for scrap. The auction was held online through JPJvBID over five days, starting October 12 at 8am.

What it means for you: If you buy seized vehicles or parts through JPJ auctions, the final price can move quickly once fees and extra charges are included.
