How do I know a part fits my car?
Tap "Choose my car" and pick your make, model and year — the catalogue then shows the parts made for it. Every product page also lists the cars it fits. Still unsure? Send us your car details on WhatsApp and we will check for you.
How much is delivery?
We deliver across Malaysia by GDEX, with a tracking link once your parcel ships. Orders with RM100 or more of 12V items get free delivery in West Malaysia and pay RM10 to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan. Below that, delivery is priced by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
Online at checkout with FPX online banking, Visa or Mastercard, Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay or Boost. Payments are processed securely by Revenue Monster.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Add parts to your cart and fill in your details at checkout — we create your account for you, so you can follow your order and request a return later.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Yes. Each part shows its warranty on the product page — from 7 days up to lifetime, depending on the part. A manufacturing defects warranty covers factory faults only, not installation, accidents, water or misuse. If something stops working, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I return an item?
If an item arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, request a return in My Orders within 7 days of delivery. GDEX collects it from you free of charge, and you get a full refund to your original payment method. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Can you install it for me?
Many product pages show a reference fitting price. To arrange installation, message us on WhatsApp with the part and your location.
I run a workshop or accessory shop. Can I get dealer prices?
Yes. Applying as a 12V dealer takes a few minutes, with a free trial or a yearly plan. Once approved, every product shows your dealer price, along with installation guides and fitting prices for each part.
Who sells the products?
Most products are sold and shipped by 12V. Some come from approved partner sellers — the product page says "Sold by …", and they ship those parcels themselves. You pay for everything together at one checkout.
Are there vouchers or rewards?
